Refund policy

30-day returns, no drama

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Your legal rights. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs. Our 30-day policy sits on top of — and never replaces — this statutory right. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

How to return. Email support@operlo.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject line. We'll reply within 4 working hours with your returns address and a reference. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the item, back to your original payment method.

Faulty or wrong item? We'll cover the return postage and replace or refund immediately — your choice. Every Operlo case is also covered by our 2-Year Protection Guarantee against manufacturing defects: if it fails in normal use within two years, we replace it free. Fair wear and tear excluded.
