Which iPad do I have?

On your iPad, go to Settings → General → About and check the Model Name. Every product page also has a "Compatible with" selector — if your model's listed, it fits. Guaranteed.

How fast is delivery?

Order before 2pm Monday–Friday and it ships the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) — free over £45, £2.99 under. Need it tomorrow? Tracked 24 is £4.99 at checkout.

What does the 2-Year Guarantee cover?

Any manufacturing defect, for two years, on every case. If it fails in normal use we replace it free — just email support@operlo.com with a photo and your order number. Fair wear and tear excluded.

Can I return it if it doesn't fit?

Yes — 30-day returns, no questions. If we sent the wrong item or it's faulty, we cover the return postage too.

Do your cases work with screen protectors?

Yes. Our 9H tempered glass is cut to sit inside the raised edges of every Operlo case. The Basilisks and Arca go one better — a PET screen layer is already built in, with the glass as an optional upgrade on top.
