All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice. 


Your Order:

Once you have made a purchase and entered your payment details we will send you an email outlining your order details, however this email is not acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once you receive an email from us confirming your order has been dispatched, and the contract between Case & Cover Ltd and yourself will be fulfilled upon dispatching your order.

We reserve the right to not accept your order in certain situations at our sole discretion. We cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by anyone if we withdraw any item from sale. We cannot be held liable for any losses incurred by us updating our website, refusing to process a transaction or suspending any purchase after processing has begun.

Products and Returns:

Every effort has been made to accurately display the colours of the products on this website; however the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies. A more accurate representation of colours on your monitor can be made after your monitor has been calibrated, see here for more details: monitor calibration. A well calibrated monitor will mean a more accurate representation of colours on any website, and it is recommended you calibrate your monitor every 3 months.
