Returns - Operlo
We are happy to refund or replace any product which falls below the high standard you expect from us here at Operlo. We offer a no quibble return policy, and returns can be made up to 14 days after they are received by you. If your order was received over 14 days ago you may still be covered by the Operlo Lifetime Guarantee, for more details please see below.
We will pay for the return postage if we have made an error with your order or there is any sort of fault with the product, however if you are returning a product because you have changed your mind or otherwise, you will be required to pay for the postage.

We guarantee any cases purchased from Operlo.com will be free from manufacture defects for the lifetime of the product.
If a valid claim is made Operlo will repair or replace the case with a new functionally equivalent one within 30 days. This guarantee covers cases only (not cables, keyboards, styluses, screen protectors, or any other accessory). We do not take any responsibility for third party products (ie mobile phones, tablets or other) used alongside our products. If a repair or replacement is not possible we will offer a store coupon for the value of the case in question. If you have a claim you may be required to return the case to us at your own cost, so that we may validate the lifetime guarantee claim.
The lifetime guarantee applies if:
- You are the original purchaser of the product and have retained your email order confirmation.
- Your case shows a valid defect related to manufacture error.
The lifetime guarantee does not apply in the case of:
- Fair usage, inevitable aging, wear and tear.
- Accidental damage, misuse, alterations or force majeure.
